Why not use the Themeroller?

You're free to use jQuery UI's Themeroller to create a custom jQuery UI theme, because it's an excellent tool. The results are however almost always very similar - unless you spend a lot of time and effort on getting it right. WidgetThemes aims to provide better results with no effort on your part.

Will the themes be free?

Some themes will absolutely be free. But most premium UI themes will only be available at a price: $10 (that's a measly ten US dollars).
